החומרים הדרושים:
½ ק"ג גרעינים שחורים
4 ליטר מים
כוס מלח
אופן ההכנה:
מרתיחים בסיר גדול מים ומלח.
מוסיפים גרעינים ושמים מעליהם קערה עם מים (כדי שהגרעינים לא יצופו).
מבשלים כ- 20 דקות ומסננים היטב.
מפזרים את הגרעינים בתבנית.
קולים בחום 250 מעלות במשך רבע שעה עד שהמים יתאדו
מערבבים מידי פעם.
מנמיכים לחום 150 מעלות וממשיכים לקלות עוד שעתיים.
מכבים את התנור ומשאירים עד שיתקרר.
