החומרים הדרושים:
לעוגה:
3 כוסות שקדים קלופים וטחונים דק
4 כפות שטוחות קמח מצה / רגיל
1/4 1 כוסות סוכר
2 כפות שמן
1 שקית סוכר וניל
5 ביצים
לציפוי:
100 גרם אבקת סוכר
1 כף מיץ לימון
3 כפות מים רותחים
1/2 כוס שקדים גרוסים
אופן ההכנה:
עוגה:
מפרידים את הביצים.
מקציפים בקערה חלבונים ורבע כוס סוכר עד לקבלת קצף יציב וחזק.
מקציפים בקערה נפרדת חלמונים עם יתר הסוכר עד לקבלת עיסה בהירה.
מנמיכים מהירות ומוסיפים סוכר וניל שקדים ושמן ומערבבים
מערבבים בהדרגה את קצף החלבונים עם קצף החלמונים.
מוסיפים קמח ומקפלים בעדינות עד לקבלת עיסה אחידה.
מעבירים את הבלילה לתבנית משומנת בקוטר 24 ס"מ.
אופים בחום 180 מעלות כ- 15 דקות.
מנמיכים לחום 170 מעלות ומכסים ברדיד אלומיניום.
אופים עוד כ- 35 דקות.
מוציאים מהתנור ומקררים.
ציפוי:
טורפים בקערה אבקת סוכר, מיץ לימון ומים עד לקבלת בלילה בהירה.
יוצקים את הבלילה על העוגה ומפזרים מעל שקדים.
