1 ק"ג פילה דג חתוך לרצועות

2 כוסות קמח

3 ביצים

1 כוס בירה לבנה

½ כפית מלח

פלפל שחור

שמן לטיגון

אופן ההכנה:

מערבבים בקערה היטב את כל החומרים (מלבד הדג).

טובלים את הדג בבלילה ומטגנים 4 דקות מכל צד.
