אופן ההכנה:

מנקבים את הפלפלים במזלג.

מחממים שמן במחבת ומטגנים את הפלפלים מכל הצדדים.

מקררים את הפלפלים ומקלפים.

חותכים את הפלפלים לרצועות או משאירים שלמים.

מוסיפים מלח, לימון ושום.

טיפ:

לייט- ניתן לאפות את הפלפלים בתנור ולהוסיף 2 כפות שמן לסלט.
